In 2007, Bill's entrepreneurial spirit led to the acquisition of the Graham Street property, marking a strategic consolidation of operations and a commitment to investing in the community. This move also paved the way for further expansion and modernisation of the business.

Directors Paul Dabelstein and Rodney Menso, both seasoned professionals who began their careers at Dingles in 1993, have played a pivotal role in the evolution of the business. With their vision and leadership, they have modernised Dingle Smash Repairs by introducing new systems and processes.

Moreover, the team at Dingles comprises trade-qualified panel beaters and spray painters, including 4 Trades Qualified Panel Beaters, 1 Trades Qualified Spray Painter, and 2 apprentices.
